Bonus Day is a big Free DLC patch that is coming, but isn't done just yet. What it will include once it comes out is updated drawings of both the characters and the CG and a bonus day, which is basically an extended epilogue that will also serve as setup for the sequel series they're also working on. Again this DLC is free, so if you are either planning, or have already purchased this, then you'll get the DLC automatically as soon as they release it.
